There’s something extra special about celebrating a second birthday—toddlers are full of curiosity, energy, and wonder, which makes designing a party for them so much fun. This adorable bunny-themed celebration, held at The Bunny Hive in Delray Beach, Florida, was the perfect mix of playful activities, soft spring colors, and thoughtful details for a little girl turning two.
The design embraced a gentle bunny theme with a pastel spring color palette. Soft shades of blush pink, lavender, pale yellow, mint, and cream created a light and whimsical atmosphere that felt perfectly suited for both the season and the birthday girl. The space was styled to feel cheerful and cozy, with bunny accents woven throughout the décor to tie everything together.
One of the most loved features of the party was the adorable adopt-a-bunny station. Each child had the chance to choose a stuffed bunny of their own to “adopt.” It was such a sweet interactive moment for the kids—many of them immediately hugged their new bunny companions and carried them around for the rest of the party. The station added a meaningful touch to the celebration and doubled as the perfect take-home favor.
Instead of a traditional activity, the kids were invited to decorate their own mini cakes. The decorating station was set up with small cakes and simple toppings so little hands could get creative. It was both an activity and a treat, and the kids loved adding their own sprinkles and decorations. It also made for some very cute (and messy) moments that parents couldn’t resist photographing.
To keep the toddlers moving and entertained, a bounce house added a playful energy to the party. It was the perfect outlet for all the excitement and gave the kids a space to jump, laugh, and burn off some of that toddler energy.
Every detail of the party felt intentional yet effortless—exactly what a toddler birthday should be. Between adopting their own plush bunny, decorating mini cakes, bouncing, and coloring, the kids had so many ways to play and explore. The soft spring palette, bunny-inspired touches, and interactive stations made the day feel magical and age-appropriate for the birthday girl’s big milestone.
It was a celebration full of laughter, creativity, and cuddly new bunny friends—an unforgettable way to hop into year two.
