Each coordinator on our team plans 15-to-20 weddings per year—a combination of full service and partial packages. Each coordinator typically does not do more than three weddings each month, with no more than one wedding per weekend. We are firm believers in not over-committing ourselves, giving us the freedom to manage our workloads to provide our clients the time and attention they deserve.

How many weddings do you plan per year? Per month? Per weekend?

Typically, catering managers at hotels or venues are tasked with overseeing the wedding details directly related to the venue—and sometimes the food and beverages. However, they don’t confirm your vendors, run your rehearsal, oversee the vendors on your wedding day, cue you down the aisle at your ceremony, and make sure all of the day's events are running according to schedule. As professional wedding coordinators, our services supplement the services offered by your catering manager, banquet manager and staff, and other vendors.

Why do I need your help in addition to a venue catering manager?

There will be many things occurring behind the scenes that shouldn’t be on your radar while you enjoy yourself on your wedding day. Our job is to develop a timeline that outlines vendor arrival times, set-up times, etc., as well as the ceremony and reception. Using this timeline, we will communicate with your vendors to create a well-planned event. The timeline is comprised of information provided by the couple as well as information we gather from vendors.

What is a wedding day timeline?

Wedding planning is time-intensive and requires extensive knowledge. Although we applaud those who enjoy planning events as a hobby—we began this way—professional planning is simply unparalleled. We are a team of trained professionals that live and breathe the wedding and event business daily. We follow the latest trends through continuing education. We make it our duty to be well acquainted with local vendors. We have developed relationships with venues, service providers, and those in the industry, allowing us to provide the best possible suggestions for your event.
