Planning Rachel and Mark’s wedding day was one of the highlights of our year. Originally, Rachel had her heart set on getting married at her family’s club. Unfortunately, due to COVID, their renovation got pushed back and we had to get creative. We ended up landing on The Pelican Club, and transformed it into the country club wedding Rachel had been dreaming of. To make the space feel more intimate and personal, we brought in walls with custom wallpaper.
Rachel and Mark were focused on making the guest experience top notch, so we went above and beyond to make their guests feel pampered. Guests were picked up from their hotels and brought over to the ceremony at Jupiter Lighthouse, where they were greeted with custom branded coconut cocktails. Since this is a Florida wedding, we had chinoiserie inspired fans waiting at each seat to keep guests cool.
Music was super important to our couple, so we made sure every element of the day had thoughtful music incorporated. At their ceremony, we had a beautiful string trio and piano player to set the mood. After they said I do, we headed back to The Pelican Club for cocktail hour, where we had a jazz band getting the party started. Finally, guests danced the night away with a huge rock band that kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. We decked out the dance floor with a gorgeous floral pergola to keep the space feeling intimate and romantic. It was the most perfect day for the most perfect couple.
